HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A PIECE OF JEWELLERY?
Haven't you chosen from our range of jewellery in stock? The standard production time for a unique piece of jewellery is 4-6 weeks. The length of the production time depends on the quantity and complexity of the orders just received. If the jewellery has a more complicated design, which is demanding in terms of specific materials and production, it may take several months to complete. We will always keep you informed of the work's progress and the estimated completion time.
HOW DO I MEASURE THE CORRECT RING SIZE?
The easiest and most accurate way is to visit our showroom (or any jeweller) and have your size professionally measured. You can also get a set of measuring rings and find out your size in the comfort of your own home. Do you already have a ring that fits well? Measure its inside diameter and compare it with the sizing chart.
We recommend that you measure your finger size at average body temperature, as temperature can affect the circumference of your finger.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE AND TRY ON KORBIČKA JEWELLERY?
You can view and try on the jewellery in our showrooms in Brno or Prague. We recommend that you make an appointment by phone when choosing your jewellery. Please note that we do not always have all products in stock. However, our colleagues will be at your disposal and ready to advise you on the choice of jewellery.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE MY GOLD FOR PRODUCTION?
Yes, it is possible to use your unwanted gold as credit towards producing a new piece of jewellery. Please check the current purchase price for gold and contact us if you have any further questions.
CAN JEWELLERY BE DELIVERED TO A COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE CZECH REPUBLIC?
Yes, we deliver our jewellery throughout the European Union and to other countries worldwide. We will deliver to any address in the Czech Republic or Slovakia free of charge. If you want to know more about delivery to another country, please just ask us.
